ASDA-B2 series drives are open type servo drives and must be installed in an NEMA enclosure such as a protection control panel during operation to comply with the requirements of the international safety standards.

    ASDA-B2 series servo drive provides a built-in regenerative resistor and the users also can connect to external regenerative resistor if more regenerative capacity is needed.

Servo motor is usually in forward rotation and the motor torque output direction is the same as the rotation direction.

ASDA-B2 Chapter 2 Installation and Storage (2) Simple Calculation Method The users can select the adequate regenerative resistors according to the allowable frequency required by actual operation and the allowable frequency when the servo motor runs without load. The allowable frequency when the servo motor run without load is the maximum frequency that can be operated during continuous operation when servo motor accelerate from 0r/min to rated speed and decelerate from rated speed down to 0r/min.

Delta Electronics ASDA-B2 Series

Сервопривод серии ASDA-B2 — это стандартная сервосистема переменного тока, предназначенная для широкого круга применений. Диапазон мощностей: 0.1 — 3кВт. Имея ряд существенных преимуществ перед предшествующей серией (ASDA-B), таких как более высокое разрешение энкодера, встроенный пульт управления, более широкую полосу пропускания, и др., сервоприводы новой серии будут продаваться по более низкой цене, что значительно увеличит их конкурентоспособность на рынке стандартных сервосистем и повысит рентабельность машин и оборудования, собранных с использованием сервоприводов ASDA-B2.

Функциональные и конструктивные особенности и преимущества

  • Диапазон мощностей: 0.1 — 3кВт
  • Три режима управления: положением, скоростью, моментом. Режим позиционирования осуществляется только по внешнему импульсному сигналу задания, а режимы скорости и момента — как по внутренним параметрам, так и по аналоговым сигналам задания.
  • Повышенная точность. Встроенный энкодер на 160 000 имп/об (17 бит), что удовлетворяет широкому кругу применений сервопривода, и гарантирует стабильную работу на низких скоростях. Импульсный вход с частотой до 4Мгц.
  • Превосходные динамические характеристики. Полоса пропускания до 550 Гц. Время изменения скорости двигателя от -3000 до 3000 об/мин составляет 10мс (без нагрузки).
  • Эффективное подавление вибрации. Три группы полосовых режекторных фильтров, автоматически минимизирующих и полностью устраняющих вибрацию исполнительного механизма.
  • Встроенный цифровой пульт управления. Позволяет быстро сконфигурировать и оперативно вести мониторинг за работой сервопривода.
  • Встроенный тормозной резистор. В моделях от 400Вт.
  • Встроенный MODBUS. Cвязь с ПК или ПЛК по RS-232 или RS-485 интерфейсам для управления, конфигурирования и мониторинга привода.
