    DINO 230T 5 GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS Make yourself familiar with these operation instructions before using the lift! Keep these operating instructions in the place reserved for them. Make sure that all users of the lift are familiar with these instructions.

    DINO 230T Do not use ladders, steps or other similar equipment on the platform. Never throw any objects from the platform. The lift must not be used for transferring goods or persons between different floors or working levels. Never disable the operation of any safety device.

    DINO 230T MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY/AT RISK OF LOSING THE STABILITY Reduced stability can be caused by a fault in the lift, the wind or other lateral force, collapse of the standing base or negligence in providing sufficient support. In most cases one sign of reduced stability is the inclination of the lift.

Under demanding conditions where moist, corrosive substances or corrosive climate may speed up the deterioration of the structure and induce malfunctions, the inspection must be performed more often and the influence of corrosion and malfunctions must be reduced by using appropriate protective means.

Автовышка представляет собой автомобильный гидроподъемник с телескопической стрелой, оснащенный надстройкой B-lift230 производства итальянской компании «CTE S.P.A.». Подъемник смонтирован на базовом шасси грузового автомобиля ГАЗ 33096 с колесной формулой 4х2. Использование автомобиля позволяет доставлять на место выполнения работ бригаду высотников, а подъемник обеспечивает подъем самих рабочих, необходимого инструмента и материалов на высоту до 22 метра.

Особенности

Используется автогидроподъемник АГП-22Т для проведения разнообразных строительных работ, ремонта и монтажа металлоконструкций, установки и обслуживания различных рекламных конструкций. Возможно также выполнение высотных электромонтажных и ремонтных работ, тем более что электроизолированная люлька обеспечивает возможность работы при напряжении электросети до 1000 вольт без отключения электропитания.

Стрела, на которой закреплена люлька, имеет телескопическую выдвижную конструкцию, секции ее – коробчатой формы. Сама люлька, изготовленная из алюминия, имеет габариты 1400 х 700 х 1100 мм и может поворачиваться в любую сторону на угол до 60 градусов. Грузоподъемность ее составляет 250 кг – обычно этого достаточно для подъема на высоту двоих человек с инструментами. Колонна, на которой установлена стрела, может поворачиваться от нейтрального положения на 180 градусов в каждую сторону (в сумме – на 360 градусов).

Управление автовышкой АГП-22Т

Для выполнения всех рабочих движений автовышки используется пропорциональное управление электро-гидравлического типа. Перед началом работы базовый грузовой автомобиль устанавливается на выдвижные дополнительные аутригеры, опоры, позволяющие увеличить площадь опоры установки и обеспечить устойчивое ее расположение на грунте в горизонтальном положении платформы. Для работы гидравлического привода используется двигатель (дизель) базового автомобиля.

Управление всеми движениями подъемника АГП-22Т может быть выполнено двумя различными способами – с пульта дистанционного управления с земли, из любой точки, обеспечивающей удобный обзор положения корзины монтажной (люльки), а также с пульта, расположенного в самой люльке, что позволяет выставить люльку с высокой точностью в необходимое для работы положение. На каждом из пультов имеется кнопка аварийного отключения, при нажатии которой гидравлическая система плавно приводит все элементы устройства в нерабочее положение.

С пульта, расположенного в корзине монтажной (люльке), можно запускать или останавливать двигатель базового автомобиля.

Выдвижение телескопических секций синхронизировано и производится поочередно. Имеется насос, обеспечивающий аварийное опускание стрелы. Внутри стрелы проложены изолированные кабели электропитания, что обеспечивает их надежное предохранения от любых механических повреждений.В люльке присутствует электророзетка с напряжением 230 вольт, что дает рабочим возможность пользоваться переносным электроинструментом.

Сначала поменять катушку — что там за лишний винт в ней? Потом попробовать снять катушку и посмотреть клапан под ней. Если не поможет — ставить разгрузочный клапан на напоре — ПКР-787 или ГКР-16-250. Были такие распределители — для нормальной работы только установка дополнительной разгрузки.

Катушка была задавлена крановщиками,мы поставили рабочую ,эл.магнит срабатывает.клапан под ней промывали.основной перепускной тоже.может каналы (отверстия загрязнены, я так думаю,давления не хватает для полного срабатывания основного).Наверное придется воспользоваться Вашим вариантом разгрузочного клапана,только еще один вопрос каким диаметром должны быть рукова ,там на сливе и на напоре штуцера стоят на 10,хватит ли диаметра такого проходного отверстия?

Врезаться надо в подачу на распределитель (это вертикальная труба) с наружным диаметром 32 мм (параллельно с напора на слив). Отвод к клапану РВД с условным проходом не ниже 20 мм, слив от клапана можно напорный рукав 25х32мм.

Клапан ПКР-787 прилично стоит.а ГКР-16-250 не нашли такого в интернете.А если такая мысль: стрела не поднимается после срабатывания онк значит давление все таки теряется,если не отключая этого эл.магнита поставить дополнительно разгрузочным клапан ГР-2-3-1 ,применяется для ускорителя лебедки Рном-25МПа, Ду-6мм, Qном 16л/м,,может давление еще снизится и будет не достаточным для телескопа и лебедки?

Более точная марка — ГКР-20-160-25 (неверно написал) или ищите разгрузочный клапан с расходом на 160 л/мин. Для себя можете поиграться, для клиента — повод ему усомниться в вашей компетентности.

Добрый день, имеется подъемник АГП-3813DH-B-LIFT 230HY,r, пр-во Балахна «РусКомТранс»? показывает ошибку 91 Fungo non rilasciato (G128), РусКомТранс отдел сервиса и гарантии молчит, написал три дня назад.  Перевод получается корявый Куда копать?

Здравствуйте,прислали жгут с ЭлектроГидроСитемы под MBS-1250 на разьеме для БОД надписи : : Прд.036  607787 П00 ,это жгут под поршневой или штоковый датчик,здесь говорилось что в разьеме стоит схема согласования и менять их нельзя?
