Какими достижениями в этот период вы могли бы гордиться?

Полученное образование дало мне возможность стать профессионалом в своей области деятельности, и где бы я ни работал, всегда добиваться успеха. На своем карьерном пути пришлось заниматься всеми направлениями коммерческой деятельности, а также руководить компанией. Я горжусь своей репутацией.

Сколько лет вы работаете в компании? Как вы попали в BAXI?

Я работаю в компании более 4 лет. Был принят по рекомендации Генерального директора.

Какая часть вашей работы вдохновляет вас больше всего?

В моей зоне ответственности saleout от прямых дилеров на региональный рынок. Для меня нет никакой разницы между небольшой региональной компанией и крупным влиятельным рыночным игроком. Каждый играет свою роль, каждый важен, все взаимосвязаны, бывают конфликты и сложности в отношениях. Вдохновляет успешное преодоление возникающих споров, поступательное развитие региональных партнеров, рост которых обеспечивает развитие нашей компании и является залогом успеха бренда на долгие годы вперед.

Сколько сотрудников в вашем отделе? Как вы вдохновляете свою команду? Как бы вы ее описали?

Это не отдел, это региональное подразделение компании в составе руководителей региональных филиалов, руководителей направлений, таких как тендерное и направление по работе с ГРО и региональных менеджеров.

Вдохновляю тем, что стараюсь, прежде всего, не мешать работать. Не увлекаюсь микроменеджментом, даю руководителям самим отвечать за свой участок, самим руководить подчиненными сотрудниками. Поддерживаю инициативу. Я всегда «в поле», все вопросы обсуждаем и решаем совместно.

Что касается описания команды, то она была сформирована до моего прихода в компанию. Мной были внесены минимальные корректировки в ее состав. Очень опытные и ответственные руководители филиалов с отличной репутацией, слаженный коллектив. Мнение каждого важно и быстро доводится до сведения руководства. Близость «власти» для каждого сотрудника и быстрота принятия решений — один из ключевых факторов успеха. В команде никому не надо объяснять, что зарплату бухгалтерия только начисляет, а платит ее клиент. Поэтому к клиентам у нас отношение трепетное…

Какова ваша основная роль в работе отдела?

Мотивировать, стимулировать, оказывать поддержку на местах, предвидеть непредвиденные обстоятельства, постоянно напоминать, что все наши возможные неудачи и провалы — от лени, а лень — от неуважения к собственному уму, от сомнительного счастья быть бараном в стаде. Основная цель — это формирование в команде психологии победителей, лидеров, ответственных за свой регион.

Основная роль — быть наставником и координатором.

Как вы организовали рабочий процесс во время самоизоляции? Как вы организовали свой рабочий день?

Вы когда-либо видели стреноженных коней? Пар из ноздрей, прыжки на месте, обреченность от замкнутого пространства, неволи, обездвиженности. Примерно так все регионалы и выглядели. Мои коллеги большую часть времени обычно проводят в командировках и постоянном движении (семинары, встречи, мероприятия). Переход к самоизоляции нам, мягко говоря, не понравился. Поэтому довольно быстро все приняли предложенное руководством перемещение в виртуальное пространство в качестве участников (а иногда и организаторов) вебинаров, обучающих тренингов, виртуальных встреч с клиентами. Это помогло восстановить душевное равновесие и работать дальше.

Мой рабочий день начинается с совещания с руководителями региональных филиалов, продолжается проверкой и утверждением тендерных заявок, удалённым общением с клиентами и решением вопросов по мере их возникновения.

Каким видом спорта вам нравится заниматься?

Никаким. Хватит. В юности я занимался самбо, учился в спорт школе. В молодости — рукопашным боем, и в 90-е три года работал в личной охране посла Саудовской Аравии в России. Сейчас ограничиваюсь работой с боксерским мешком и грушей. Почему? Чтобы не срываться на подчиненных. Груша очень успокаивает и придает уверенности.

Расскажите, пожалуйста, о своем любимом хобби: как вы к нему пришли? Что вам дает это занятие?

Мое любимое хобби — это моя работа. Она дает мне любимые средства к существованию.

It is also expanding into new markets such as Romania and Argentina and already has a direct presence in Russia, China and the Czech Republic. Today, BDR Thermea owns and sells some of the leading brands in the European market for heating products.^[2]

It is known under various pseudonyms worldwide, including Chappée and Ideal Standard in France, Roca in Spain, and Broetje in Germany.

Baxi operates four sites in the UK: Warwick, Preston, Norwich and Wokingham. There are also numerous training centers nationwide, including Dartford and Godmanchester.

Its investment is based on boiler products and renewable technologies, including solar thermal hot water systems, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, biomass boilers and micro combined heat and power with baxi-innotech.^[3]

HistoryEdit

The group can trace its beginnings back over 150 years to Richard Baxendale, an iron founder, who began the Baxendale Company in 1866, based in Preston in Lancashire. Since the company was founded, it has been responsible for many of the key engineering breakthroughs which have revolutionized the boiler market.

The current Baxi Group was formed in November 2000 after the merger of the heating interests of Newmond plc (formerly the European Building Products Division of Williams Holding plc) and Baxi Holdings plc.

The company’s main shareholders are now private equity investors, BC Partners and Electra.

Baxi InternationalEdit

Baxi International, a division of the Baxi Group, was formed in 2002 to manage the group’s international sales, marketing, and after-sales activities in more than 70 countries across the world.^[4]

Joint VenturesEdit

Strategic acquisitions and joint ventures since 2000 have included Baymak (Turkey joint venture), Baxi Belgium, SenerTec (combined heat and power), European Fuel Cell (fuel cell technology) and Roca Heating, the market leader in residential heating equipment in Spain and Portugal.^[5]

In October 2004, Baxi Holding Ltd sold the Aqualisa division, to a management buy-out backed by CBPE Capital for £82.5 million.^[6]

Baxi in EnglandEdit

PrestonEdit

The company continues to be a major employer in Preston at the manufacturing and testing facility.^[7]

Baxi is former owner and sponsor of Preston North End, having taken over the club in summer 1994 when it had been in serious financial difficulty for several years. Baxi’s chief executive Bryan Gray became club chairman. One of the first announcements by the new board was that Deepdale, until then a dilapidated stadium owned by Preston Council, would be upgraded into a modern stadium after the injection of extra funds by Baxi and from a subsequent new share issue.^[8]

Gray resigned as club chairman in the autumn of 2001 and Baxi declined to appoint a replacement, so it was immediately clear that the company intended to sell its holding in the club.^[9] By this time, three of the four new stands at Deepdale had been rebuilt and reopened but work on the fourth was delayed by several years following the collapse of ITV Digital, which cost the club an income of £4.6 million over the next two years (the stand was finally opened in 2008). The club was initially bought by existing directors and sponsors but has subsequently been taken over by Lancashire businessman Trevor Hemmings.^[9]

WarwickEdit

The company’s contact centre currently employs some 100 call handlers working from offices based in Warwick. Handling customer enquiries relating to heating system breakdowns, the contact centre also provides a technical helpdesk and handles approximately 6,000 calls per day.^[10]

MergeEdit

In July 2010, the group agreed to merge with Netherlands business rival De Dietrich Remeha to form BDR Thermea.^[11]

Baxi partnershipEdit

It is Britain’s largest employee owned manufacturing company.^[12] The original company was left in a trust for the benefit of its employees.^[13] The trust required an act of parliament specially to set it up because UK trust laws placed restrictions on trust and the original intentions of the trust not being compatible. This resulted in the Baxi Partnership Limited Trusts Act 2000 being enacted.^[13]

The BDR Thermea employs more than 5,400 people throughout Europe with a turnover of £850 million.^[14]
