Из настоящего Руководства исключено описание следующих операций. Однако эти операции
являются необходимыми.

Использование опоры или подъемника для выполнения операций.

Очистка всех снятых компонентов.

Во избежание несчастных случаев требуется при выполнении ремонта надевать средства за-

щиты для обеспечения безопасности.

При демонтаже и установке будьте осторожны, чтобы не поцарапать лакокрасочное покрытие

Выключите все электрооборудование и выключите зажигание.

Отсоедините «отрицательный» провод аккумуляторной батареи.

Снимите ремень привода навесных агрегатов.

a. Просуньте рожковый ключ на 15 (или накидную головку) в пространство между двигателем и

правым лонжероном и установите его на болт крепления ролика натяжителя.

b. С усилием вращайте ключ в направлении

против часовой стрелки, как показано на
рисунке. Освободите ремень привода навесных
агрегатов (1) после ослабления его натяжения.

c. Осторожно снимите ремень привода навесных агрегатов.

Проверьте поверхность ремня на отслоение, замасливание, повреждение и т.д. При наличии лю-

бого дефекта замените ремень привода навесных агрегатов.
Проверьте внутреннюю поверхность и кромки ремня на наличие повреждений, износа, посто-

ронних частиц, трещин и т.д. При наличии любого дефекта замените ремень привода навесных
агрегатов.
К СВЕДЕНИЮ:

Трещины на клиновых выступах рабочей поверх-

ности ремня привода навесных агрегатов счита-
ются допустимыми. Если на клиновых выступах
отсутствуют отдельные участки, то ремень под-
лежит замене.

При установке ремня привода навесных агрега-

тов нужно следить за тем, чтобы клиновые вы-
ступы попали в свои ручьи на шкивах. Проверьте
наощупь, чтобы ремень не вышел из ручьев на
нижней части шкива коленчатого вала.

5. Проверка под нагрузкой

Неисправность возникает только при включении
электрического устройства. Включайте электрообо-
рудование поочередно (кондиционер, обогреватель
заднего стекла, радиоприемник, противотуманные
фары и т.д.) и определяйте взаимосвязь между элек-
трооборудованием и неисправностью. Подтвердите
неисправность проверкой под нагрузкой.

6. Проверка при запуске непрогретого/прогретого двигателя

Некоторые неисправности возникают при холодном запуске двигателя и исчезают при его про-
греве. В этом случае оставьте неработающий автомобиль на всю ночь и запустите его двигатель
на следующий день. Проведите проверку и быстро определите причину неисправности.

7. Проверка падения напряжения

В основном проверка падения напряжения используется для поиска вероятных причин, которые
влияют на нормальную работу электрических компонентов или цепей.

Проверьте цепь с помощью цифрового мультиметра.

Если сопротивление отдельного жгута проводов, измеренное цифровым мультиметром, слиш-
ком низкое (0 Ом или близко к 0 Ом), то жгут проводов или цепь исправны.

Излишнее сопротивление в цепи может быть вызвано плохим, ослабленным соединением на
«массу», коррозией контактов переключателя и ослабленным соединением разъема или пере-
ходника.

Меры предосторожности при проверке блоков управления и
электрических компонентов

Перед выполнением работ с системой электрообо-

рудования поверните замок зажигания в положение
LOCK и отсоедините «отрицательный» провод ак-
кумуляторной батареи, затем подождите 2 минуты,
пока не исчезнет заряд резервного питания систе-
мы подушек безопасности (автомобили с системой
подушек безопасности).

При отсоединении провода аккумуляторной батареи будут удалены настройки часов, аудиоси-

стемы и записанные коды неисправности. Поэтому перед отсоединением провода аккумулятор-
ной батареи следует зафиксировать эти настройки.

Запрещается обратное присоединение проводов аккумуляторной батареи.

Устанавливайте только те компоненты, которые соответствуют характеристикам автомобиля.


1. Перед заменой блока управления проверьте входные и выходные параметры компонентов.

Не прикладывайте чрезмерных усилий при отсоединении разъема.
