DMM-001
Introduction
DMM-001 measures moisture content by detecting a material’s electrical resistivity using
two pins. Measurement output is displayed on a practical LCD screen. Tool is easy to operate
and carry and features a low consumption single chip smart design.
Failure to follow the instructions listed below may result in bodily injury.
• Please read this manual thoroughly before operating.
• Please do not remove any labels from the unit.
• Do not operate tool in the presence of flammable/explosive gases.
• Be careful about the pins.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Place protection cover when not in use to avoid pin damages.
• Cover pins by using the provided caps when not in use to avoid bodily injury.
Battery Safety Instructions
• Please remove battery when cleaning tool.
• Remove battery if you are not using tool for a long time.
• Please install batteries properly as per the instructions of the positive and negative
charges.
• Please dispose batteries properly. High temperature may cause explosions. Do not burn
batteries. Strap insulated tape around the battery charges to avoid unsafe contacts with
other objects. Please follow the local regulations of battery disposal.
Install battery
Remove battery lid on the back of the unit, place a 9V battery block (6F22 or 6LR61)
according to the correct sign marked in the slot, then put back the lid.
Measure moisture
1. Pull out protection cover (A), remove protection caps (K) from the pins.
2. Press power button (G) to switch on tool, LOW LED will turn on and display will show «_ _
_»; default measuring mode is for Wood. Press button (F) to switch the measuring mode.
3. Insert the two detection pins into the target material.
4. Wood mode shows a moisture percentage between 5% and 50%. Below 5% screen will
display «_ _ _», whereas over 50% screen will display «- — -«.
5. Building material mode shows a moisture percentage between 1.5% and 33%. Below
1.5% screen will display «_ _ _», whereas over 33% screen will display «- — -«.
6. Press HOLD button (I) when measuring. This will store data. Press HOLD button again to
deactivate function.
7. Keep pressing HOLD button (I) to turn off the buzzer sound when measuring.
8. Keep pressing power button for two seconds to switch off tool.

Порядок работы
Измерение влажности

Снимите защитную крышку (A) и защитные колпачки (K) с игл.

Нажмите кнопку включения / выключения (G), чтобы включить устройство. Включится экран и покажет «_ _ _»; По умолчанию, влагомер установлен в режиме измерения влажности древесины. Нажмите кнопку (F), чтобы сменить режим.

Воткните 2 иглы в объект измерения (измеряемый материал)

В режиме замера влажности древесины, прибор показывает значения от 5% до 50%.

Конструкционный материал замеряется в диапазоне от 1,5% до 33%.

Нажмите кнопку HOLD (I) для фиксации измерений. На экране отобразится надпись «HOLD» и значение будет зафиксировано. Чтобы отменить фиксацию, нажмите HOLD повторно.

Чтобы отключить зуммер во время измерений, нажмите и удерживайте кнопку HOLD.

Для выключения влагомера удерживайте кнопку включения нажатой в течении 2-х секунд.

Голубой свет —> 5 % — 11,9%, низкая влажность
Зелёный свет —> 12% — 15,9%, средняя влажность
Красный свет —> 16% — 50%, высокая влажность
Режим замера влаги в конструкционных материалах:
Голубой свет —> 1,5% — 16,9%, низкая влажность
Зелёный свет —> 17% — 19,9%, средняя влажность
Красный свет —> 20% — 33%, высокая влажность

CMT на даче
Достоинства: Измеряемый диапазон 5-55% с погрешностью +-2%. Возможна калибровка. Эргономичный корпус с защитной крышкой щупов. Измерение влажности в дереве и бетоне/штукатурке. Подсветка шкалы, наличие трех дополнительных индикаторов: низкая, средняя, высокая влажность – что очень удобно при работе в темном помещении.
Недостатки: Не самый распространенный элемент питания “крона”.
Комментарий: Прибор оказался незаменимым при работе в подвале при замене лаг пола первого этажа загородного дома.
