    In order to change the 9390 UPS batteries from lead acid to Nicad or from NiCad to lead acid, the internal firmware setup of the UPS must be changed by your Eaton Service representative. Failure to do so will cause battery pack damage and loss of battery backup capability.

    — A ground conductor is properly installed. — Air conditioning equipment is installed and operating correctly. — The area around the installed UPS system is clean and dust‐free. (Eaton recommends that the UPS be installed on a level floor suitable for computer or electronic equipment.) — Adequate workspace exists around the UPS and other cabinets.

    A latching-type Remote Emergency Power-off (REPO) switch can be used in an emergency to shut down the UPS and remove power to the critical load from a location away from where the UPS is installed. Figure 5‐1 shows an Eaton REPO switch.

    Chapter 7 Understanding UPS Operation Figure The Powerware 9390 UPS is a continuous-duty, solid‐state, transformerless (at 208, 380, 400, 414, and 480 Vac), three-phase, true online system that provides conditioned and uninterruptible AC power to the UPS system’s output.     Decreasing the load generally increases the battery support time. Multiple Module Parallel System Parallel operation extends the normal operation of Powerware 9390 UPS units by offering increased capacity and/or redundant capability. The parallel system continues to maintain power to the critical loads during commercial electrical power brownout, blackout, overvoltage, undervoltage, and out‐of‐tolerance frequency conditions.

    The Unit Meter screens show the UPS meter readings for the unit (or units, if a parallel system is installed). The default voltage displayed on these screens is phase-to-neutral. ИБП Eaton 9390 серии Powerware имеет повышенную активную мощность на 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 и 160кВА (соответственно 36, 54,72, 90, 108, 144кВт). Благодаря высокому коэффициенту полезного действия (около 94%), ИБП сокращает расходы на электроэнергию. Эффект достигается в том числе за счет сокращения потребности в кондиционировании.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИБП EATON 9390

Источник бесперебойного питания (далее ИБП) Eaton 9390 серии Powerware имеет повышенную активную мощность на 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 и 160кВА (соответственно 36, 54,72, 90, 108, 144кВт). Благодаря высокому коэффициенту полезного действия (около 94%), ИБП сокращает расходы на электроэнергию. Эффект достигается в том числе за счет сокращения потребности в кондиционировании.

Благодаря использованию как основных функций ИБП, так и инновационных технологий, Eaton 9390 может применяться для защиты любого оборудования, имеющего повышенные требования к качеству потребляемой электроэнергии. Он приспособлен к самым сложным промышленным условиям эксплуатации. Может быть использован в центрах обработки данных, медицинских учреждениях, производственных процессах.

Комплектация и технологии Eaton 9390

Eaton 9390

  • ИБП обеспечивает наименьшие искажения входного тока (менее 3%), благодаря наличию активного выпрямителя с транзисторами IGBT. Eaton 9390 можно использовать даже при плохой или слабой проводке в работе с чувствительным оборудованием.
  • При работе с дизельным генератором ИБП Eaton 9390 нуждается в минимальном запасе мощности (1,3-1,4 вместо обычных 1,7-2).
  • ИБП работает с выходным коэффициентом мощности 0,9 (это создает отличные условия работы с современными серверами).
  • Хорошим преимуществом является малая площадь под ИБП. Его удобно устанавливать вплотную к стене или в угол. При этом Eaton 9390 предоставляет доступ к внутренним компонентам с фронтальной части, силовые кабели могут быть подключены сверху или снизу.
  • Технология, увеличивающая КПД, Energy Saver System (ESS).
  • Система по управлению модулями Variable Module Management System (VMMS).
  • Возможность параллельной работы ИБП, обеспеченная технологией HotSync.
  • Возможность управления аккумуляторными батареями, обеспеченная технологией АВМ. Эта уникальная система Eaton 9390 увеличит срок эксплуатации батарей и сократит время заряда.

Совместимость и технология двойного преобразования

Благодаря некоторым особенностям работы ИБП Eaton 9390 отлично совместим с ДГУ.

  • Плавный старт в течение 40 секунд. Постепенная нагрузка на ДГУ упрощает его запуск.
  • Работа ДГУ упрощается и за счет того, что ИБП потребляет только активную мощность из сети.
  • Минимальные искажения (менее пяти процентов) входного тока.

ИБП Eaton 9390 (серия Powerware)

Работая в режиме on-line, Eaton 9390 производит двойное преобразование. ИБП преобразует все переменное напряжение, поступающее на вход, в постоянное, затем выполняя обратное преобразование. При первом действии стабильное постоянное напряжение получается из внешнего повышенного или пониженного переменного напряжения. При втором преобразовании ИБП сам формирует переменное напряжение. Таким образом, Eaton 9390 не будет пытаться подкорректировать напряжение, он сам формирует нужное качество синусоиды.
Благодаря всем высокотехнологичным функциям, Eaton 9390 обеспечивает полноценную надежную защиту нагрузки от всех существующих проблем в электросети. Это могут быть высоковольтные броски, выбросы или длительное падение напряжения, его кратковременное повышение или понижение, нестабильная форма или интерференция, а также полное его отключение питания.
ИБП Eaton 9390 может комплектоваться выносным жидкокристаллическим экраном View UPS, что упрощает работу. Благодаря небольшому размеру, он может удобно размещаться в комнате, не занимая много пространства. Удобное подключение силовых кабелей сокращает время установки.
