Может кому полезно будет услышать про масла, у нас в редуктора линхая залито gl-4, про вязкость здесь речи не веду, вычитал что gl-5 в таком случае может оказаться губительным для узла, но до того как прочитать, в задний редуктор успел залить gl-5, спустя минут 10 катаний, открутил заливной болт глянуть уровень, а там оно вспенилось и с пузырьками воздуха (как хим. реакция) полезло под давлением наружу, в итоге купил лукой gl-4, полусинтетику 80w-90, 4 литра за 700 руб, залил в перед и зад, прокатился минут 15, потом слил и залил заново. Вот так промыл типа. Надеюсь 100 м. ч. теперь вспоминать про эти узлы не буду. В двигло так же залил лукойл полусинтетику 10w-40, в данном случае желающим промыть двигатель после старого масла, хотя при смене минералки на полусинтетику это делать не обязательно, рекомендую запастись ещё одним фильтром и таким же маслом на которое производим замену, смысл ненадолго после слива старого масла залить новое, покататься в течении дня, а затем опять заменить масло и фильт. Промывка химическим пятиминутками и т. Д. это совсем другая история, не актуальная для новых движков, т. К. в них уклон на раскоксовку и т. Д.

И так квадр собран, но перед началом его эксплуатации нужно все болтовые соединения капитально протянуть, а также заменить все тех.жижи. Для этого были закуплены: антифриз TOTACHI 2 литра, трансмиссионное масло mannol 75w90 2 литра и масло для двигателя motul atv utv expert 4t 10w40 также 2 литра.
С заменой масел в редукторах и раздатке ни каких проблем, тупо откручиваются сливные и заливные пробки. В редуктора влезло примерно по 250 грамм масла, а вот в раздатку чуть больше литра.

С заменой масла в двигателе также ни каких проблем. Снизу откручивается сливная пробка, под которой прячется фильтр-сеточка, а заливается также через щуп. Кстати, полноценного масляного фильтра у этого двигателя нет, по этой причине интервал замены масла в двигателе гораздо меньше, чем у двигателей, где установлен масляный фильтр. Этот момент нужно учитывать. Мануал говорит, что масло в двигателе меняется через 30 моточасов.

Антифриза в системе тоже что-то в районе 2-х литров. Сливал его тупо сняв патрубок с блока двигателя, ибо сливных кранов не предусмотрено.

А вот с заливкой есть небольшие трудности. Заливная горловина радиатора находится под пластиковым кожухом-капотом, который так просто не снимается, но все возможно поменять и без снятия, главное сноровка.

Рукой можно подлезти и снять крышку радиатора, а через технологическую щель пластикового кожуха при помощи воронки антифриз спокойно заливается в систему.

Также были прошприцованы все крестовины карданов (всего их 3 штуки, два на переднем и одна на заднем). Также шприцуются шаровые на передних стойках, это огромный плюс, может походят подольше.
И так, квадрик обслужен, теперь же настала очередь его эксплуатации, а вернее обкатки двигателя…
