    Application The Multiplaz-3500 portable system is designed for manual plasma cutting, welding, soldering, braze welding, and brazing (joining of dissimilar metals) of ferrous and non- ferrous metals including alloyed and unalloyed steels, cast iron, copper and copper- base metals, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys The system can be used to perform separation plasma cutting of various nonconductive nonflammable materials including cement, concrete, brick, haydite aggregate, quartz glass, etc.

    Operate the system only as described in this manual The last version of manual with all alterations may be found at Multiplaz web-site. The Multiplaz-3500 system safety is assured by design as well as manufacturing and operating procedures Per specification, all systems are tested for power supply compliance with insulation and ground resistance requirements Torches are also tested for insulation strength.

This equipment corresponds to Class A of Electromagnetic compatibility and it is not intended for use in residential locations where the electrical power is provided by the public low-voltage supply system. There may be potential difficulties in ensuring electromagnetic compatibility in those locations, due to conducted as well as radiated disturbances.

    The system is equipped with a slow blow fuse rated for 0 (fuse dimensions: diameter 2 А . mm length mm, i.e. diameter / in — length 1 / in) . Please contact your authorized dealer with any questions about the 2 A fuse. Additional system safety is provided by a limitation of 68 V imposed on idle voltage between torch nozzle and workpiece metal unit housing in the absence of a direct arc.

2.2 Меры безопасности при работе

Запрещается:

  • Включать и применять аппарат без изучения данного руководства.
  • Использовать аппарат для любых других целей, кроме сварки, резки, пайки, сваркопайки и пайкосварки.
  • Модифицировать или разбирать аппарат каким-либо образом, кроме указанных в данном руководстве.
  • Подпускать к аппарату и допускать использование его детьми, лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, а также лицами, использующими кардиостимуляторы, без предварительной консультации с врачом.
  • Оставлять включенный аппарат без присмотра.
  • Нарушать «Правила безопасной эксплуатации электроустановок потребителей» и требования стандартов системы безопасности труда.
  • Подключать или присоединять к блоку питания или горелке любые принадлежности, кроме рекомендуемых производителем и указанных в данной инструкции (другие принадлежности могут служить источником повреждения аппарата или опасны для пользователя).
  • Подключать к блоку питания «Мультиплаз-3500» любые другие горелки, кроме горелки «Мультиплаз-3500».
  • Подключать горелку «Мультиплаз-3500» к любым другим блокам питания, кроме «Мультиплаз-3500».
  • Подключать горелку к любым внешним источникам рабочего тела (газовые баллоны, компрессора, емкости с жидкостью и др.), неодобренным производителем аппарата «Мультиплаз-3500».
  • Заправлять горелку любыми другими жидкостями, отличными от указанных в этом руководстве (вода и водный раствор этилового спирта).
  • Устанавливать блок питания и работающую горелку на поверхность с наклоном больше 10° без фиксаторов от опрокидывания.
  • Работать с горелкой, когда индикатор SELV на передней панели не горит, не надев на горелку защитную насадку (т.е. на режимах, на которых напряжение на колпачке и сопле горелки превышает 68 В).
  • Работать без заземления корпуса блока питания.
  • Проводить работы с аппаратом без специальных защитных очков с темными стеклами, а при работе в РЕЖИМЕ II (MODE II) — без маски сварщика. Рекомендуемая степень затемения 4 DIN для работы в РЕЖИМЕ I (MODE I) и 5,5 DIN для работы в РЕЖИМЕ II (MODE II).
  • Работать на металлическом или сыром полу без изолирующего коврика для ног.
  • Работать во влажной обуви и/или влажными ногами.
  • Прикасаться к блоку питания мокрыми или влажными руками.
  • Обрабатывать горелкой свежеокрашенные конструкции.
  • Работать в одежде с пятнами горючих веществ.
  • Работать с предметами, заполненными опасными веществами, водой, льдом, а также находящимися под давлением или электрическим напряжением.
  • Работать с окрашенными и оцинкованными материалами, с флюсами в непроветриваемом помещении.
  • Работать в пыльных помещениях и помещениях, где ведется абразивная обработка металлов.
  • Использовать аппарат для оттаивания труб или для работ на неслитых трубах.
  • Прикасаться к нагретым частям аппарата.
  • Перемещать блок питания во время работы.
  • Тянуть аппарат за сетевой кабель и обматывать сетевой кабель вокруг аппарата.
  • Протирать блок питания мокрой тряпкой.
  • Пытаться самому отремонтировать аппарат или горелку за исключением случаев описанных в разделе 6 и в разделе 7.
    По всем прочим вопросам, связанным с ремонтом, обращайтесь в Сервисный центр.
