1. Рычаг прижима не опускает лапку

Засохла смазка в канале штока прижимной лапки, пружина остаётся в сжатом состоянии. Лечится так: откручиваете сверху прижимной винт, извлекаете пружину, прочищаете-промываете пружину и канал (насколько возможно), смазываете пружину свежей консистентной смазкой (без фанатизма, совсем чуть-чуть) и собираете всё в обратном порядке. Ещё лет 10-15 механизм должен работать.

Застыло масло, особенно в длинной вертикальной трубочке с пружиной внутри. Разбирать, вычищать, смазывать. Видимо, длительное время машиной не пользовались.
