Take shots several times. Find the smallest shot and its relevant scale is the best focus. (The focal point
is just on the nozzle orifice.)
The relationship between the Focal Dial Knob and the focal point:
The adjusting range of the focal point is ‘8~12’.
For example: when the Focal Dial Knob is at 0, the position of the focal point will be at the end of the tip.
When the Focal Dial Knob is at +8, the position of
the focal point will be 8mm in the tip.
To adjust the focus position, follow this procedure:
Loosen
the

counterclockwise
Turn the Focus Dial Knob and adjust the focal
distance according to the scale
Once the focus position is properly set,
tighten the Lock Nut by rotating it clockwise

Компания Raytools зарегистрирована в 2005 году в Швейцарии. Однако собственного производства там нет, изготовлением занимается Empower, расположенная в Китае.
Головка дает высокое качество, используется преимущественно с лазерами мощностью до 2 кВт. Именно с этими устройствами она будет выдавать наилучшее соотношение цена/производительность. Надежна в работе.
Raytools BT240S подключается через QBH-разъем. Коллиматор и линзовая трубка имеют водяное охлаждение.
Преимущества
- Наличие силиконовой насадки, которая устанавливается при подключении оптоволокна. Защищает от попадания в QBH-разъем металлической пыли, из-за которой резьбу может заклинить (тогда волокно будет невозможно достать, вплоть до замены коннектора).
- Кассетная система замены стекла. Для чистки или замены оптики, нужно открыть специальную крышечку, вынуть кассету со стеклом. В моделях, не имеющих подобной заслонки, оператору приходится наклеивать на отверстие скотч во избежание попадания пыли внутрь корпуса и порчи фокусировочной линзы.

Лазерная режущая головка RayTools BT210S с ручной настройкой фокусного расстояния используется для оснащения среднемощного волоконного оборудования для лазерного раскроя листового металла и труб.
