  PIN-OUT OF SERIAL CONNECTOR,FOR ALL VERSIONS (CN6) Starting from series number 90000, every RM5 electronic coin validator ,with any configuration, is equipped with a serial output: therefore if it is necessary to connect it or operate it via PC, it is sufficient to connect the appropriate interface cable and build the desired software.

  — CCTALK VERSION SEPARATOR CONNECTOR (CN5) The RM5 coin validator can pilot a coin separator through pins 3 and 4 of the 10 pin standard connector. The control consists of a low signal (Open Collector which closes to mass) for a given time of 500 msec that cannot be modified.

  When it has acquired a credit equal to the sale price it enables the relevant line which remains enabled until a reset signal is received. Using the RM5-PROGRAMMER portable programmer different options can be enabled and/or modified such as: Sales accounting, the validator has two internal counters, one for each price line.

  Make sure that “Cash” sensor (TLP) is “Disabled”. To check operation, insert a coin into the cash slot (see figure in RM5 manual) and press Hardware Test push button: its status will change and “Enabled” will be displayed.

Добрый день, уважаемое Сообщество.

Столкнулся с неразрешимой для меня задачей.

наша фирма закупила новенькие Aulika HSC (SUP040RB), которые согласно официально информации совместимы с жетоноприемниками Comestero.
и соответственно купила эти жетоноприемники RM-5 Evolution. Правда в разных местах: машинки в Италии, приемники в Suzohapp из Голландии.

Не могу их подружить. По инструкции Comestero, приемник можно запрограммировать на определенную монету через DIP-переключатель, с выбором номера канала от 1 до 6.

По инструкции от Aulika, там вообще все просто: типа подключите приемник и отключите пункт «Apollo credit» в сервисном меню «Payment system».

Все сделал по обеим инструкциям, но результата ноль.
Пробовал разные каналы, не нужные отключал.

Ожидается, что при кидании монеты. она идет в приемник, а на машинке появляется доступ к напиткам, т.е. без монеты кнопки не нажимаются.

Но реальное поведение, это жетоноприемник не пропускает монету, скидывая ее в «отстойник», машинка не реагирует.

Но странный момент: Если перевести машинку в спящий режим или в сервис меню, приемник начинает принимать монетки, т.е. пускать их как будто разрешая (через отверстие разрешенного выхода)

Прошу прощения если путанно и сбивчиво, готов ответить на любые вопросы для уточнения.

Добрый день.

У меня все решено и работает таким образом:

1. Нужен оригинальный SERIAL-кабель от Comestero (на фотке, он черный) и к нему от китайцев адартер COM>USB (серый, слева). По каталогу Comestero он зовется RMPRINTERF5.

2. Нужна программа Clone 5 и в ней задать параметры, выделенные красным.

3. На монетоприемнике все DIP выключены (внизу).

Результатом этого будет, что  кофемашина SAECO Aulika HSC SUP040RB принимает откалиброванные монеты от RM5.
У меня она использует только шестой канал.
Руки не дошли, проверять другие каналы, но шестой точно.

Цена 1,00 используется для молочных напитков, а 0,50 для простого кофе.
Это нужно явно указать в настройках самой кофемашины, в «Меню Цен».

Навскидку, это все. Если будут вопросы, готов ответить.

ps. сфоткать экран смогу в течении недели, как снова у клиента буду. его установки не помню, вроду RF-in только включен должен быть.
