Ремонт двигателя без снятия с автомобиля
Двигатель установлен поперечно в передней части автомобиля. Коленчатый вал двигателя опирается на пять подшипников, а центральный подшипник имеет упорный элемент для предупреждения осевого смешения вала. Поршни из алюминиевого сплава имеют три поршневых кольца: два компрессионных и одно маслосъемное. Распределительный вал на двигателях с одним таким валом приводится от коленчатого вала с помощью зубчатого ремня из композиционного прорезиненного материала. Каждый цилиндр имеет по два клапана (впускной и выпускной), которые приводятся в действие через клапанные коромысла с помощью гидротолкателей с автоматической регулировкой зазора.
На двигателях с двумя распределительными валами они приводятся от коленчатого вала с помощью одного зубчатого ремня из прорезиненного композитного материала. У каждого цилиндра по четыре клапана (два впускных и два выпускных), приводимых от распределительных валов с помощью гидротолкателей с автоматической регулировкой зазора. Один распределительный вал приводит в действие впускные клапаны, другой — выпускные. Шестеренный маслонасос расположен в передней части блока цилиндров и приводится от коленчатого вала. Установлен полнопоточный масляный фильтр, а модели с двумя распределительными валами оснащены масляным радиатором. Распределитель зажигания (если установлен) приводится в действие от распределительного вала. На карбюраторном двигателе топливный насос вращается распределительным валом. Насос системы охлаждения расположен в передней части блока цилиндров, приводится ремнем газораспределительного механизма.
Без снятия двигателя с автомобиля можно выполнять следующие операции:
Снятие и установку головки блока цилиндра.
Снятие и установку ремня привода газораспределительного механизма и звездочек.
Снятие и установку распределительного вала.
Снятие и установку картера.
Снятие и установку подшипников большой головки шатуна и поршня.
Снятие и установку маслонасоса.
Замену опор двигателя.
Снятие и установку маховика.
Крышка распредвала — снятие и установка
Двигатели 1,4 и 1,6 л
Отсоедините шланг (шланги) на крышке распредвала.
Снимите болты вместе хомутами и/или кронштейнами. если возможно.
Отделите крышку распредвала от головки блока цилиндров.
Перед установкой на место, осмотрите внутреннюю поверхность крышки и, если необходимо, протрите крышку керосином и просушите ее.
Осмотрите резиновое уплотнение и, если необходимо, замените его. Обратите внимание, что на некоторых моделях двигателей уплотнение располагается так что метка на уплотнении совпадает с риской на крышке.
Установите крышку, тщательно протерев поверхности сопряжения.
Подсоедините шланг(и) к патрубкам.
