Руководство по ремонту грузовых автомобилей DAF 95XF. Выпуск 2.


DAF Trucks NV — автоконцерн в Голландии. Создан 1 апреля 1928 года братьями Хубертом Йозефом и Биллемом Антонием Винсент ван До-орнем. Вначале они изготавливали в мастерской металлические шкафы и лестницы, а потом стали изготавливать конные прицепы, а затем уже автомобильные. В 1932 году компания стала называться Van Doorne»s Aanhangwagenfabriek или сокращенно DAF. Через два года завод все еще продолжал изготовлять полуприцепы.
В 1936 году завод Daf выпускает легковые и двуосные грузовые машины, которые были переделаны под формулу 6×4, с замененным обычным задним мостом на двуосную ведущую тележку Trado. Был создан автомобиль амфибия МС139 для армии, у которого была симметричная форма передней и задней части, а также центральное расположение двигателя.
Разработка грузового DAF была начата еще в 1940 году, а спустя 8 лет автомобиль трансформировался в две экспериментальные бескапотные модели DT5 и DT10 грузоподъемность которого 5 и 10 тонн.
Завод Daf также пытался выпускать и легковые машины. Например, в 1958 г. была создана небольшая легковая модель Daf-600.
Сегодня производство Daf составляет 25 000 автомобилей в год и остается одним из самых крупных производителей средних и тяжелых грузовиков.
