ВВЕДЕНИЕ

Настоящий паспорт, объединенный с техническим описанием и инструкцией по эксплуатации, является документом, удостоверяющим гарантированные предприятием — изготовителем основные параметры и технические характеристики климатической камеры СМ 15/75-хх ТВО.

Документ также содержит описание устройства и принципа действия климатической камеры, технические характеристики, указания по эксплуатации и другие сведения, необходимые для обеспечения полного использования технических возможностей данной климатической камеры.

  1. НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Климатическая камера СМ 15/75-хх ТВО предназначена для проведения климатических испытаний и других лабораторных исследований в научных, учебных учреждениях и на промышленных предприятиях.

    1. Климатическая камера спроектирована для работы в закрытых отапливаемых помещениях при соблюдении следующих условий:
      1. Температура воздуха от +15 до +30 С;
      2. Относительная влажность от 30 до 80 %;
      3. Атмосферное давление от 84 до 106 кПа;
      4. Минимальное расстояние от стен помещения до камеры — 30 см;
      5. Электропитание должно соответствовать следующим требованиям: 220±20В, 50±0,5 Гц.
    2. Средний срок эксплуатации климатической камеры не менее 5 лет.

Климатическая камера является испытательным оборудованием, в связи, с чем подвергается первичной и периодической аттестации. Интервал между метрологическими аттестациями составляет 12 месяца.

    (heat pump principle). Additionally, the humidity in the interior of constant climate chambers HPP can be regulated between 10 and 90 % rh (rh = relative humidity). The humidity is increased by water from a tank being evaporated and fed into the interior, and is reduced through condensation on a Peltier module.

    2.4 Material For the outer housing, MEMMERT deploys stainless steel (Mat.No. 1.4016 – ASTM 430) and for the interior, stainless steel (Mat.No. 1.4301 – ASTM 304) is used, which stands out through its high stability, optimal hygienic properties and corrosion-resistance towards many (but not all!) chemical compounds (caution for example with chlorine compounds).

The logging function cannot be switched off and is always active. The measured data are stored in the appliance, safe from manipulation.
