Программное обеспечение (далее программа) Отчет 601 предназначено для считывания показаний и архивов тепловычислителей (теплосчетчиков) Kamstrup – Multical 601 и обработки данных для предоставления отчетов о теплопотреблении в теплоснабжающие организации.
Дистрибутив и системные требования
Для работы с программой Отчет 601 требуется установленный на персональном компьютере Microsoft Excel с поддержкой макросов. В состав программы входят папки с инструкциями по настройке и заполнению файлов профиля прибора учета тепла для ИТП, а также шаблоны отчётных форм (часовые и суточные архивы).
Руководство пользователя
Программа «Отчет 601» представляет собой макрос, созданный в среде программирования Visual Basic. Данный программный продукт предназначен для снятия отчетов о теплопотреблении с тепловычислителей Multical 601:
- Для работы с «Отчет 601» на персональном компьютере, используемом для снятия показаний, должен быть установлен Microsoft Exel 2003 / 2007 / 2010.
- Для запуска программы снятии отчета откройте файл ОтчетAPI.xls и в появившемся окне кликните на на кнопку «Читать!».
- Снятие показаний возможно по следующим линиям связи :
- кабель (оптоголовка и встроенный модуль RS-232), для считывания требуется ввести номер COM порта подключенного устройства
- GSM модем, для считывания, помимо COM порта, потребуется ввести номер SIM карты
- При правильном подключении и верно введённых параметрах после нажатия кнопки соединить в поле «Счётчик» отобразится номер тепловычислителя.
- Далее открыть соответствующие профиль и шаблон для снятия показаний и ввести временные параметры архивов (создавать и редактировать профиль или шаблон конкретно для вашей системы лучше заранее, такой подход позволит максимально автоматизировать процесс снятия показаний и сократит требующееся на данную процедуру время)
- После введения всех требующихся параметров нажать кнопку «Читать данные». На экране отобразится полоса, отображающая ход считывания данных.
- По истечению времени считывания будет создан и автоматически открыт файл отчета.
В случае, если в показаниях обнаруживаются параметры, никак не связанные с реальными значениями величин или снимаемые значения оказались равными 0 в тот временной промежуток, когда быть таковыми не могли, требуется проверить линию связи заново повторить процедуру считывания показаний тепловычислителя Kamstrup Multical 601.
Проблемы при эксплуатации ПО
Решение типичных проблем, возникающих при работе с программой Отчет 601
- При использовании версий Microsoft Exel выше 2003 возникает ошибка, связанная с выключенными макросами. Для устранения данной ошибки требуется подключить функцию макросов, для этого следуйте инструкции:
- нажмите на кнопку раскрывающегося списка «Office» и перейдите в меню «Параметры Exel»;
- далее перейдите в «Центр управления безопасностью» «Параметры центра управления безопасностью» «Параметры макросов»;
- установите флажок в поле «Включить все макросы».

Kamstrup flow sensors require neither straight inlet nor straight outlet to meet the Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) 2014/32/EU, OIML R75:2002 and EN 1434:2015. A straight inlet section will only be necessary in case of heavy flow disturbances before the meter.
