Настройка расцепителей автоматических выключателей ABB Tmax

Все автоматы в литом корпусе ABB Tmax могут оснащаться одним из нескольких типов расцепителей — термомагнитным расцепителем TMF c фиксированными тепловым и магнитным порогом срабатывания, термомагнитными расцепителями TMD с регулируемым тепловым и фиксированным электромагнитным порогами срабатывания, термомагнитными расцепителями TMA с регулируемыми тепловым и электромагнитным порогами срабатывания, электронными расцепителями PR221DS, PR222DS/P,PR222DS/PD,PR231/P, PR232/P.

Если с блоками TMD или TMA, все понятно — они имеют минимум настроек, а точнее один или два регулятора, то с электронными расцепителями дело обстоит несколько иначе. Так как они обладают расширенным функционалом диапазонов различных регулировок, иногда у людей возникают сложности с их настройкой.

Поэтому предлагаю рассмотреть те функции, которыми обладают данные расцепители, а также рассмотрим как правильно выставлять необходимые уставки.

На рис. ниже показан электронный расцепитель PR222DS/PD.

Данным расцепителем оснащаются автоматические выключатели ABB серий Т4, Т5 и Т6. Электропитание, необходимое для правильной работы расцепителя, обеспечивается трансформаторами тока, которые расположены прямо в корпусе расцепителя. Для работы расцепителя достаточно минимальной однофазной нагрузки. Также в расцепитель встроен электромагнит отключения с размагничиванием, который воздействует непосредственно на механизм автоматического выключателя и в случае срабатывания защиты, отключает его.

Как видно на фото, расцепитель имеет широкий выбор настроек защитных функций, которые задаются с помощью DIP-переключателей, а также дополнительных функций. Благодаря этому достигается возможность полного соответствия характеристик защиты требованиям конкретных электроустановок.

К основным функциям защиты данного расцепителя относятся защита от перегрузки (L), защита от короткого замыкания с мгновенным срабатыванием (I) и с задержкой по времени (S), защита от замыкания на землю (G). Также есть функция установки защиты нейтрали N. Для нее можно выбрать значение OFF (отключено), 50%, либо 100% от уставки защиты фаз.

Из дополнительных функций можно отметить возможность местной и дистанционной настройки параметров. Также есть выбор ручной/электронной установки параметров.

Помимо этого, в расцепитель встроен разъем Test/Prg для подключения устройства тестирования, которое позволяет проводить тесты основных функций, считывать параметры расцепителей и осуществлять контроль за работой микропроцессора расцепителя.

Для подключения блока тестирования SACE TT1 на расцепителе имеется гнездо Test. С помощью него можно проверять срабатывание электронных расцепителей защиты, а также отключающих катушек.

Функции защиты расцепителя

Защита от перегрузки (L)

Защита от перегрузки представляет собой тепловую защиту. При протекании тока выше допустимого значения защита срабатывает и приводит в действие механизм расцепления.

Функция защиты от перегрузки является неотключаемой и может выставляться вручную в диапазоне I1=0,4. 1 x In, где In — номинальный ток расцепителя. Также есть возможность настроить время-токовые характеристики.

Для настройки защиты от перегрузки необходимо знать максимальный рабочий ток нагрузки (lb) и разделить его на номинальный ток расцепителя In. Уставка L должна быть больше или равна полученному значению:
