Базовый учебный курс» ориентирована как раз на таких читателей. Предполагается, что есть какой-то объём знаний, понимание терминологии и владение навыками работы в каком-то графическом редакторе в 2D.

Эта книга поэтапно рассказывает о том, как работать в программе SketchUp. Здесь рассказано только о тех инструментах, которые будут необходимы на начальных этапах, а сложные пропускаются. Структура книги такова, что в каждой главе последовательно изучается более сложная тема, т.е. предполагается, что предыдущие главы уже были изучены. Таким образом, книгу обязательно стоит читать от начала и до конца, чтобы не возникало непонимания, как и что работает. В курсе используются названия из оригинального англоязычного интерфейса, но даётся перевод для запоминания назначения.
